Armando Seijo explores the relationship between art and technology in a reflexion on the abrupt Ukraine war, and the volatility of political circumstances, through a glance to a past that has been drastically altered.

Google Street View acts as a virtual and dynamic window for exploration; even if distorted, it shows a Ukrainian local lifestyle, that has not yet been updated the current dramatic situation.

Seijo’s empathy and connection with these pre-war, digitally captured scenes motivated him to interpret selected and inspiring images – landscapes seen through this window where the war doesn’t exist.
