Inner Sanctuary is the first solo exhibition by Chinese textile artist Lifeng Liao and curated by Yutong Ye. It presents a new body of Lifeng Liao's work exploring resilience, femininity and the transformation of the inner self through textile, symbolism and natural imagery. Held at the 67 York Street Gallery, the exhibition considers artistic practice as a sanctuary where emotions, instincts and desires can be reconstructed into visual form.
