WARWORK: We Will Return One Day
A solo exhibition by Yiran Zhang

WARWORK: We Will Return One Day revives the stories of Imber and Tyneham, two English villages forcefully evicted by the War Office during the Second World War, and never allowed to return. This exhibition looks at war's quieter, hidden casualties: displaced communities, broken promises, and homes turned into sites of violence. It is not about the spectacle of combat, but a warning that the story of Imber and Tyneham is not history. It is part of the cycle of war.
