Leaves dancing in the wind, branches stretching toward the heart of the light, each line mapping the hidden rhythms of nature. In this close observation, Plantasia, a name born from “plant” and “fantasia”, unfolds as a world where reality and imagination, the cultivated and the wild, live in gentle harmony.

In this solo exhibition, Kate Atkin approaches drawing as an intimate act, exploring the immediacy and spontaneity that a pencil brings to the page. Drawing from personal experience, she interprets natural elements in ways that blur the boundary between the natural and the unnatural, showing interest in the environments where design and overgrowth meet, and traces of human touch remain.
